AIG Insurance

	I have got an insurance coverage for my vehicle from AIG in last year and paid full amount for the 6 months period at the begining. However after 2 months I had to relocate to Ohio for my work. I had to get my new insurance from a different company as AIG did not give insurance in Ohio. After getting a new insurance I terminated my previous insurance with AIG and asked for the return amount as I have only used my insurance for less than half of the period that I had already paid. After reducing penalties for early termination they said they will post the check to my new address. This was said more than a month back. I have given more than 8 calls to their help desk to ask about this check as I never got it. Every time they say they will send it. Now it has passed more than 3 months after termination of the insurance. I am not sure they are going to send the check. They just wasted my time for calls and I lost my money as well. After all I don't think it's worth going for AIG for few dollars difference with other insurance companies. If they take so long time to return the extra money that I have already paid to them, I don't know how long they take to pay for a damage if any accident happenned. Now I am tired of calling them and has to forget about getting a return from them.
