My experiences have been very good, the rates are the best I have found including AAA with house insurance added in. I insure 6 vehicles with them and they have been responsive to all of my situations.

After initially buying my policy, I was told if I provided further information about my previous insurance (letter of experience & prior 6 months coverage) that my policy cost would be cut almost in half. I have faxed that information 3 times already, but when I call to see why my policy hasn't been updated, they claim to have never recieved the information. Horrible customer service. A popular line is, "Let me transfer you..." followed by a click. Not a click transfering you to someone else, a click as in hanging up. This has happened twice. Either, they need to properly train employees to transfer calls or it is intentional. Also, the "estimated wait time" for being on hold, you might as well double or triple that. I've been on hold for 15 minutes now for a "6 minute wait time".

Friendly service, but, that probably applies to most insurance companies. Not the cheapest rates.

The insurance coverage and rates have been very good for our two vehicles. About $137.00 per month with clean driving records, and full coverage. However, I have a 17 year old son (honor roll), that while I buy him a vehicle I cannot afford to pay an additional $350.00 to $400.00 per month in addition to the regular monthly premiums. This was liability on a 1998 Chevy Cavalier if purchased. Get real America! It is time to yell back. How can we help our children to get a job if we can't afford to help them start out. We live about 35 minutes from the nearest job market. If my son worked part time at Wal-Mart, It would take all his money just to buy gas and insurance. The great kids are being punished on stats from high crime and high areas of accidents, or incidents. These teens need an affordable insurance to start out then pay for their mistakes as they make them. I can only hope that those who read this, and have young drivers, understand I do not believe in charging someone in advance for something they believe might happen. Also, get a quote from AAA, their rates were better.

I have been with 21st for a few years, The rates are excellent, however, I have found that their customer services lacks the ability to note their file. I have called and made changes to my policy that had never been fulfilled. Overall, the right hand does not talk to the left hand!
