Feel Safer With Your New BuddySheilas' Wheels, the female-friendly insurance company, has produced a gimmick designed to make women feel safer while driving to hopefully decrease the amount of claims they receive.
The new device, titled “buddy on demand”, is basically a blow up man which sits in the passenger seat. It’s designed to make the woman feel as though they have a companion, so they can feel more relaxed.
The “buddy on demand” product works by flicking a switch, which begins to inflate the item. Then, when it’s use is not required, it can easily fit in the glove compartment.
It remains to be seen whether the gimmick will actually work, but one thing’s for sure, they’ve certainly got some good PR because of it’s introduction.
