How Photo Evidence Of An Accident Can Help Your Claim.
If you are in a accident and you need to claim from your insurance but there are problems concerning proof, things can turn complicated and disagreements with your insurers can occur. Obviously, this shouldn’t be the case. If you are in an accident and it was not your fault then you should be paid out for all the damages that were caused.
That is why it is always best to take pictures of the accident, of the damages to both cars, and the people that were involved etc. If you have a digital camera at hand that would be best, but if you do not have that kind of access you could just take pictures from your cell phone. The pictures won’t come out as clear as the digital camera’s pictures would, but it is good enough.
That way your insurance company will be able to see exactly what happened and they will be able to put the story together according to the pictures. It is much easier doing it this way because it saves a lot of trouble and hassle, and hopefully it will prevent any disagreements between parties. At the end of the day the photos don’t lie, and it will be hard for the insurance companies to argue against them.
It is always good to get as many pictures as you can, from all the different angles, showing all of the damage that was caused. The pictures will also help to prevent the claims from being deflated.
